JAMES & FANNY
Little Church Bay / New Plymouth / Taranaki
Any wedding that has it's own portmanteau (yes I had to look that up!) 'Fannybell' you know is going to be hilarious - and this one definitely didn't disappoint. So this was a wedding at the lovely little New Plymouth wedding ceremony venue of Little Church Bay, of Fanny (a lovely french lass) and James Annabell (hence the 'fannybelle'), aka Manuka Mole (a nickname I have no idea of the origin of, as I missed that story while I was shooting, but assume the Manuka is to do with being Egmont Honey, where, incidentally the reception was held complete with a seriously gorgeous clear marquee from Marquee and co., some lovely styling from The Essential and the graceful refreshments of the Hello Audrey Caravan). They also had the Mr Whippy truck for dessert, which is exactly what you want for dessert any given day, The Arizona catering (whose food is divine by the way, and if you haven't had one of their burgers and live in New Plymouth - shame on you!) and a cranking live band including muscians from The Black Seeds - need I say more! Here's some favourites from the day...
